Rachel has been the most helpful to me, being very helpful when I was selecting new frames and also once I received them. My prescription changed a lot and l was having trouble adjusting to them, something I had not experienced before. Rachel was extremely patient and very helpful explaining the changes and why I was having trouble adjusting.
She made the perfect changes to my glasses so the zones on my progressive lenses lined up where they should be."
